We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking, and no third-party analytics or marketing scripts are loaded on this website.
We do use Sentry, an error-monitoring service, to record technical diagnostics when something on the site fails. A report may include the page address, your browser type and version, and the technical details of the error. Private links are redacted before the report is sent. We do not record your screen or your session, and these reports are used only to fix faults.
Your data is used only to respond to your consultation enquiry. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by Singapore law or a court order.
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If you request deletion earlier, we will action that within 30 days.
Only authorised staff of Myriad Bullion Management can view submitted enquiries through a password-protected admin portal. Data is stored on Railway's cloud infrastructure (hosted in Singapore or the nearest available region) and is not accessible to the public.
